Job Title: Apprentice – Fence Installation & Manufacturing

Position Summary:
The Apprentice supports fence installation and repair while learning the skills required to become a professional installer. This is an entry-level role designed for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to build a long-term career in the fencing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the foreman with loading, securing, and transporting fencing materials
- Help maintain installation trucks, including replenishing sand and stone supplies
- Support layout and preparation of fence lines at job sites
- Assist with installation tasks such as digging holes, mixing concrete, and removing existing fencing
- Clean and clear job sites upon project completion
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
- Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and dress code requirements
- Arrive on time and adhere to assigned work schedules
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicles
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
