- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, and engineering to ensure a safe, efficient site
- Progressive growth into environmental responsibilities with structured training and mentorship
- Identification and execution of improvements in efficiency, reliability, and sustainability
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5–8 years of facilities engineering experience
- Strong facilities foundation; environmental exposure is a plus, not required
- NX CAD proficiency or the ability to learn it quickly
- A self-starter mindset with strong independent problem-solving skills
- Industrial Electrical Experience
