The cleaning technician position starts at $18 an hour depending upon experience and job performance. All chemicals and tools will be provided. We ask that you have you own reliable transportation to get to and from all jobs. Drive time will also be included as well as paid training. Growth opportunities are available for anyone who is willing to go the extra mile!

Duties (STR Services)
- Arrive to the office on time for linen and equipment distribution
- Follow scheduled locations for the day
- Strip and replace all bed, bathroom and kitchen linens
- Drain, clean and refill hot tubs each turn
- Thoroughly clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas
- Perform special task when requested
- Restock toiletries, paper products and any other special request items
- Clean inside of all appliances, window sills
- Dust ceiling fans and clean behind furniture as needed
- Vacuum and mop all floors
- Report any damage or maintenance needs to your team supervisor
- Submit all photographs to team supervisor for approval
