We’re looking for energetic, warm, welcoming, and hardworking people to join our escape room team in Strongsville and North Olmsted.
This isn't your typical part-time job. Our guests come to us to celebrate birthdays, date nights, family outings, and special occasions — and you help make their experience awesome from the moment they walk through the door.
What You'll Do
As a Game Master / Guest Experience Team Member, you'll:
- Greet guests with energy and make them feel welcome
- Explain the escape room rules and get groups excited before their game
- Monitor games from the control room
- Provide clues and assistance when players need help
- Reset rooms accurately for the next group
- Answer phones and help customers with basic questions
- Keep the facility and game rooms clean and organized
- Help keep games running on time and smoothly
- Work as part of a team to create an unforgettable experience for every guest
Who We're Looking For
You don't need escape room experience — we can teach you the games.
We're looking for people who are:

- Able to stay focused while monitoring games
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Available for evenings and weekends
