Lead caregivers are responsible for providing and maintaining a nurturing and educational environment for the children in their care.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in childcare with toddlers.
- High school graduate or GED
- Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the children and program.
- Meet the requirements of the state.
- Ability to communicate effectively ( verbal and written); ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- Physical Demands/ Environmental Factors
- Ability to routinely lift children a minimum of 25lbs. but not limited
