Maintenance Technician – AM Shift | $81,120–$87,360/year | Permanent Role
Location: Oak Creek, WI
Schedule: 12-Hour Continental AM Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Oak Creek, WI. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining high-speed manufacturing systems, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
- Diagnose issues with robotic and PLC-controlled equipment
- Support equipment changeovers, setups, and adjustments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, Kaizen events, and root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate work orders and documentation through CMMS systems
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Knowledge of PLC diagnostics, VFDs, motors, pumps, gears, and safety systems
- Familiarity with Siemens or Allen Bradley controls preferred
- Experience with TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, and CMMS systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
