Primary Purpose:
MAN-CON INCORPORATED is looking to hire Pipe Layers, Hill Man, Tail Man, and Skilled Laborers. Applicant must have at least 2 years of recent experience in Utility Installation (Water, Sewer, Drainage), Road Building, and Earthwork in the Heavy Civil Underground Construction Sector. All other applicants need not apply.

General Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 2 Years Minimum Experience on a Heavy Civil Construction/ Pipe Crew
- Ability to work 10 hour days 5 days per week and occasional Saturdays
- Ability to operate and perform with high productivity/ efficiencies
- Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, lift, bend, stoop, push and pull
- All work is performed outdoors (dusty or dirty surroundings)
- Work in open excavations or trench boxes installing pipe and/or structures
- Be able to use gas-powered tools (chop saw, water pumps, chainsaws, compaction equipment.)
- Be able to use hand tools (hammers, wrenches, drills, shovels, etc.)
- Be able to climb ladders, lift to 50 pounds
- Work in an outdoor environment; different types of weather (light rain, heat of the summer, cool in the fall.)
- Work in confined spaces
