Responsibilities
- Conduct overnight audits to verify daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of hotel records.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism using proper phone etiquette to assist guests and communicate with staff effectively.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers and operational transparency.
- Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities details, and personalized service that enhances their overall experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and financial reconciliation processes.
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, CCTV surveillance, and safety protocols within a resort or hotel setting.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
