Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media & Content Assistant to support the execution of digital campaigns and day-to-day content operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about music, social media trends, and audience growth, with hands-on experience in content creation and platform management.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube
- Monitor and engage with audience comments, messages, and interactions
- Manage and promote weekly posts
Content Production & Coordination
- Assist in planning and organizing video shoots across various locations
- Support video editing and post-production for music-related content
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visuals, and aesthetic across all platforms
Influencer & Industry Outreach
- Research and identify potential collaborators, including influencers, artists, and industry professionals
- Support outreach efforts and help manage collaboration opportunities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in social media management, preferably within music, entertainment, or influencer spaces
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Threads and YouTube trends and algorithms
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with a growing audience
Pay: From $1.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Clifton, NJ 07013
