Burnett Dairy Cooperative is actively hiring a Production Supervisor to join its team in Grantsburg, WI.
This working supervisor position requires floor presence and direct engagement with production processes during the overnight shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Schedule is one week Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and the next week Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
As the Production Supervisor, you will oversee overnight production operations in a dynamic food manufacturing environment, leading a dedicated team while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform production scheduling processes
- Ensure that quality control is being properly implemented
- Learn aspects of production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
- Coordinate and plan schedules for staff
- Coach junior employees to help meet productivity goals
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a food production/manufacturing setting
- Forklift certification or the willingness to obtain certification
