The Henderson Chamber of Commerce (HCC) is where Southern Nevada's businesses come to grow, connect, and get things done. Behind every event we host, every advocacy win, and every member we help succeed, there's a finance function making it possible.
We're looking for a Director of Finance to own that function — and to elevate it. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you'll be a strategic partner at the leadership table, shaping how we plan, invest, and grow across the Chamber and its affiliated entities, IMPAC and the Foundation. If you want your work to visibly move an organization forward, you'll find that here.
What We Offer
- $125,000 – $135,000 annually, depending on experience
- 100% employer-paid employee medical HMO — your premium is covered
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Paid Time Off
- Mileage reimbursement
- Phone allowance
- A supportive, engaging, and genuinely collaborative work environment
Job Purpose
You'll have real ownership. This is the finance seat for the organization. You'll build the budget templates, run the close, present to the board, and set the standard for how we manage money.
You'll see your impact. We're a mission-driven organization in a community that's growing fast. Strong financial stewardship here means more programs, more advocacy, and more businesses helped.
You'll work with people who care. Small, collaborative team. Supportive leadership. No bureaucracy between you and a good idea.
