Experienced Respite Care Worker Needed – Chippewa County Area
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Respite Care Worker to provide support for a child with high-functioning autism in the Chippewa Falls County area.
Position Details
- Location: Chippewa Falls Area
- Schedule: Open, 6 hours per week and 4 days respite
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of respite care experience
- Experience working with children with high-functioning autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and supervision
- Support social, recreational, and developmental activities
- Encourage independence while maintaining a safe environment
- Follow established routines and care guidelines
- Communicate effectively with all parties (parents and care team)
