We are seeking a Service Lane Porter / Service Advisor Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery—no automotive experience needed, just a great attitude and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Customer Experience & Vehicle Intake
Greet customers upon arrival and assist with service check-in using a tablet
Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document vehicle condition
Tag, stage, and assign vehicles to the appropriate service advisor pods
Photograph vehicles and report any pre-existing damage
Keep customers informed by proactively updating wait times and service status
Deliver completed vehicles to customers and stage under service canopy
Assist all advisors with vehicle delivery (team-first approach)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane
Administrative & Support Duties
Scan and organize daily service and parts documents
Monitor recall campaigns and contact customers as needed
Complete outbound call campaigns from OEM-provided lead lists
Assist in managing service scheduling and appointment flow
Friendly, positive attitude
Reliable and ready to work
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Good with people (customer service experience is a plus!)
Valid driver’s license
No automotive experience required — we will train you!
