The General Manager is responsible for the total performance of the building. This role owns financial results, people leadership, service standards, guest experience, operational execution, accountability, and management team development.

LEADERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Lead the management team with clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
- Set performance expectations and address issues directly.
- Ensure managers are coaching, correcting, and leading to standard.
- Maintain accountability across all guest-facing and operational areas.
OPERATIONAL EXECUTION
- Own shift readiness, staffing effectiveness, and building standards.
- Ensure service, cleanliness, and floor execution remain consistent.
- Protect service flow during high-volume periods and special events.
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE
- Manage labor, sales flow, and controllable expenses.
- Protect cash handling, discount, comp, and policy compliance.
- Drive performance through staffing, deployment, and management oversight.
PEOPLE & CULTURE
- Hire, develop, and retain strong team members and leaders.
- Protect a professional, accountable, and team-first culture.
- Address behavior, performance, and professionalism issues early.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
