Purpose of This Position:
The Luzerne County Forensic Court Case Manager identifies individuals who have been diagnosed with a mental illness and are involved in the criminal justice system. The case manager then participates in an assessment process to determine eligibility for participation in the Mental Health Court. The case manager works with the client to link with community providers and services to encourage completion of the program.
