Horizon, a leading national multifamily plumbing contractor, is seeking a qualified and experienced Multifamily Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team. We manage large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit plumbing projects across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and other states.
This position oversees multiple plumbing projects within an assigned region while providing leadership and support to onsite superintendents and installation teams. The Project Manager is responsible for project execution, schedule management, budgeting, field support, quality control, and customer satisfaction from preconstruction through project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple plumbing projects within an assigned region and manage project superintendents.
- Coordinate and supervise all phases of large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit plumbing construction, ensuring adherence to Horizon standards and processes.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and field operations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain and manage onsite material inventory to support project schedules.
- Oversee plumbing installation schedules by training, directing, and managing subcontractor crews.
- Ensure quality workmanship, project efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly project reports.
- Coordinate with local governing authorities to obtain required inspections and approvals.
- Verify and coordinate slab, rough-ins, top-outs, and trim-out layouts and installations.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance and successful execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience overseeing multi-story residential, hospitality, or other vertically stacked multi-unit plumbing projects.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems in vertically stacked multi-unit buildings, including the installation and coordination of plumbing systems serving multiple floors.
- Proven ability to oversee large-scale, vertically stacked multi-unit plumbing projects from underground through final trim, including projects consisting of 200+ units or equivalent scale.
- Thorough knowledge of plumbing installation practices and technical aspects of the trade.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- State plumbing licenses are not required for all projects.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Bluebeam is a plus.
- Experience with Procore is a plus.
- OSHA 30 certification.
