Personal Injury Attorney — Litigation Associate JR Wyatt Law, PLLC | Midtown Manhattan, NY | Full-Time, In-Office | $175,000+
About JR Wyatt Law
JR Wyatt Law is a Manhattan-based litigation firm that takes on high-stakes cases other firms shy away from. We were one of three lead firms in the landmark NFL concussion litigation, where we challenged institutional discrimination and racialized diagnostic testing to recover over $1 billion for thousands of former players — and we continue to represent NFL clients today. Alongside our mass tort and civil rights practice, we maintain a focused personal injury docket covering construction accidents (NY Labor Law §§ 240, 241(6), 200), motor vehicle, premises liability, and slip-and-fall cases. Our team includes seasoned trial attorneys with deep personal injury experience and a track record of multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements.
The Role
We are hiring a personal injury litigator to manage a varied docket from intake through trial or settlement. This is a generalist PI role; motor vehicle, premises liability, slip-and-fall, and construction accident cases; with strong support from senior attorneys and an experienced paralegal team.
