Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour (+ shift differential)
Shift: M-Th, 4:30 pm-3:00 am OR Fri-Sun, 5:00 pm - 4:30 am
About the Role
We are seeking a Deburr Technician to join our team. This role involves preparing and refining precision aircraft components, ensuring parts meet exacting customer specifications. The position is suited for individuals with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work. This role ranges from entry-level to journey-level responsibilities, with wages corresponding to experience and skill.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finish aircraft parts by removing imperfections and refining edges to meet customer requirements.
- Operate hand tools and machinery such as deburr guns and pencil grinders safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment correctly.
- Comply with customer standards such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support production goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Metals deburr experience
- Aerospace/Space experience is a plus!
