We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing & Billing Coordinator to support equipment lease administration, invoice processing, and vendor communication functions. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys working with documentation, billing records, and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have strong record-keeping skills, experience handling invoices and billing processes, and proficiency with Google Workspace applications.

6-month assignment with potential extensions based on business needs
Immediate start available
Track and maintain documentation for leased equipment and assets
Monitor lease expiration dates, renewals, and return schedules
Ensure lease records remain accurate and up to date
Review, verify, and code invoices for accurate departmental allocation
Support monthly billing processes and invoice reconciliation
Assist in identifying and resolving billing discrepancies
Maintain organized digital filing systems for contracts, agreements, invoices, and related documentation
Ensure records are accurate, accessible, and compliant with company procedures
Serve as a point of contact for billing-related inquiries
Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and questions
Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support timely invoice processing
Generate reports and spreadsheets related to leasing inventory and spending
Assist leadership with tracking and reporting requests
Support special projects and administrative initiatives as needed
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of administrative, billing, accounts payable, lease administration, or related office experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience maintaining organized records and documentation
Proficiency with:
Google Drive
Google Docs
Google Sheets
Gmail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience processing invoices or supporting accounts payable functions
Experience with lease administration or contract management
Familiarity with billing cycles and cost allocation processes
Experience working with vendors and resolving invoice discrepancies
