Responsibilities
· Establishing and fostering customer relationships.
· Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer care, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes and claim submissions.
· Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Ideal Candidates Have the Following Skills and Experience
· Property & Casualty License is required.
· Life and Health License is preferred.
· Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Must be self-motivated, detail oriented with critical thinking skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other Details
· Hours: Full time Monday - Friday.
· Pay Rate: $24-$26/hr DOE plus commissions.
· Work Location: In person in the Lebanon, Oregon office.
