A vibrant new eatery is making its debut in South Boulder. Morso, a contemporary Italian American red sauce joint from acclaimed chef and Michelin-awarded restaurateur Hosea Rosenberg and the team behind Little Piggy Hospitality (Blackbelly and Santo), is now open at 627 A S. Broadway in the Table Mesa Shopping Center.
We are looking for dedicated and hard working dishwashers.

We are looking for dedicated, hardworking PM dishwashers to support service at night. Many of our chefs started as dishwashers and we understand that they are the backbone of our industry. We are looking for someone who is looking to stay and grow within the company.
Duties
- Wash all dishes and equipment following food and safety standards
- Organize and manage all clean tools, equipment, smallwares, and dishes as they enter and exit the dish station
- Maintain a sanitary and organized station throughout all parts of service including set up and breakdown
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish station, our storage areas, and the area outside our service door
- Monitor chemical inventory, looping in managers when we are running low
- Ensure that dishwashing chemicals are always at desired levels and the machine is running smoothly
- Do basic prep, portioning, and deep clean projects while things are slow
- Buss equipment from bussing station regularly throughout service to make sure that no one runs out of anything
- Maintain a professional and sanitary work environment
Experience
- Some experience in restaurants is a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and food handling procedures
- Willingness to learn and except criticism
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen
Compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
