Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation rental units, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards.
- Change linens, wash laundry, and restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products.
- Maintain detailed records of completed cleaning tasks and report any property damages or maintenance needs.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment for carpet cleaning, floor care, and janitorial tasks to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled turnovers promptly between guest stays.
- Communicate professionally with property managers or guests regarding any special requests or issues.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping management.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including sanitation, carpet cleaning, floor care, and laundry processes.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required to ensure timely access to multiple rental properties across different locations.
- Experience with housekeeper management or hospitality services is a plus but not mandatory.
