We are looking to hire a Full Time or Part Time Sandwich Makers to a variety of shifts that range from opening shifts starting as early as 6am or closing shifts ending as late as 5pm for both our locations in Downtown Boston. We are looking for people who have availability on the weekends.
Base pay starts at $15/hr and approx $4/hr in tips. Pay increases after 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment with other incentivized wage increases.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards
-Taking orders from customers
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Food Preparation
- Cleaning
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning dining area as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions is a plus
