We are recruiting for our Spanish Customer Service Agent contract position which requires you to be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. This role is responsible for handling and providing high quality and efficient customer service to retailers applying into the SNAP program. Other tasks include assisting with other project-related duties if needed. Excellent communications skills and having a great work-ethic are required.
Spanish CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT JOB DESCRIPTION (Contract)
Job Description:
The SNAP Customer Service agent contract position is responsible for speaking Spanish and English fluently to customers while delivering high quality consistently. As well as assisting with other SNAP tasks. This position requires you to be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance before starting work at no cost to you.
Responsibilities:
- Handle high inbound call volume. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, meet company expectations and call metric goals
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide high quality customer service at all time
- Support work procedures and processes of the company and departmental standards and strategic directives. Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer’s concerns.
Education and Qualifications:
- Must be US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must be comfortable working an M-F 11 am - 8 pm schedule
- High school diploma/GED diploma or an Associate’s Degree
- Speaks Fluent Spanish and English

Salary Range:
Starting at $22.41 per hour including SCA wage
After Training & Good Performance: $23.41 including SCA wage

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, Evening - Shift 11-8 PM
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED diploma/Associate’s Degree or at least one year of solid customer service experience
