We are looking for a Head Shift Lead to help the Area Director oversee daily business operations. They should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. They must also be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the Area Director.
The Head Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting crew members in creating a welcoming and clean environment. This role combines hands-on customer interaction with leadership responsibilities to maintain high standards of quality and service.
Requirements:

-At least 1 year previous experience in a leadership role is preferred. ServSafe Manager Certification, or equivalent, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management
-Manage Labor Costs: Monitor and control labor costs to ensure efficient staffing and maximize profitability without compromising service quality.
-Project Sales & Success Metrics: Analyze sales data to project future sales and set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Track progress and implement strategies to meet or exceed these goals.
-Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage during peak hours while keeping labor costs aligned with sales projections.
-Truck Orders & Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, placing and receiving truck orders on time, ensuring that all necessary products and supplies are adequately stocked.
Team Leadership
-Staff Management & Delegation: Delegate daily tasks to team members, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Supervise staff to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
-Nurturing Positive Relationships: Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with staff, motivating them, and maintaining high team morale.
-Training & Development: Coach team members, providing ongoing feedback and support, while setting a good example through strong leadership.
Customer Experience
-Catering Orders: Manage catering orders from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service for large-scale orders.
-Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach.
Support Area Director
-Cooperating with the Area Director: Collaborate closely with the Area Director on business strategies, project planning, and staff management to ensure seamless operations.
-Addressing Issues: Proactively address any operational or staff-related issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
-Company Policy Enforcement: Ensure all team members comply with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
-Merchandise Control: Oversee the management of merchandise, including tracking sales and preventing loss or damage.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
