Position Overview
Marketing Specilist is responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling, follow-up communications, and disciplined CRM management. This role supports business growth by engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate sales records. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, consistency, and comfort with performance-based activity.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce services and identify decision-makers
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria
Schedule discovery calls or meetings for sales leadership or account executives
Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a professional and consultative tone
Enter, update, and manage all lead and call activity in the CRM system
Track follow-ups, callbacks, and pipeline progress accurately
Maintain clean CRM data including contact details, notes, and disposition statuses
Support marketing campaigns through call follow-ups on email or digital outreach
Meet daily and weekly call activity and lead qualification targets
Provide feedback on objections, market trends, and lead quality to management
