Las Vegas Aesthetic Dentistry is a boutique, high-end cosmetic and restorative dental practice in Henderson seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Dental Practice Administrator / Treatment & Financial Coordinator to join our team.
This is not an entry-level front desk position.
We are looking for an experienced dental professional who understands the business and administrative side of dentistry and is capable of independently managing many of the day-to-day responsibilities involved in running a successful dental practice.
Our ideal candidate is polished, intelligent, warm, highly organized, proactive and exceptionally reliable. You should be someone who notices what needs to be done and takes ownership of it without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
This position will play an integral role in the operation and growth of our practice, including:
● Managing and optimizing the patient schedule
● Coordinating appointments and maintaining productive scheduling
● Presenting and coordinating comprehensive treatment plans
● Discussing treatment costs and financial arrangements with patients
● Following up with patients regarding recommended and unscheduled treatment
● Managing patient communications by phone, text and email
● Coordinating new patient and cosmetic consultation inquiries
● Providing an exceptional, concierge-level patient experience
● Verifying dental insurance benefits when necessary
● Submitting dental insurance claims and supporting documentation
● Managing insurance claim follow-up and outstanding claims
● Managing accounts receivable and outstanding patient balances
● Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
● Coordinating pre-authorizations and insurance estimates
● Communicating with specialists, laboratories and other dental offices when necessary
● Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation
● Identifying opportunities to improve office systems, efficiency and patient experience
● Helping the doctor and clinical team stay organized and focused on patient care
Who We’re Looking For
Dental experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in a dental practice and a strong working knowledge of:
● Dental terminology and procedures
● Dental treatment plans
● Dental insurance and claims
● CDT codes
● Accounts receivable
● Scheduling and schedule optimization
● Treatment presentation and financial conversations
● Dental practice management software
● Patient communication and case follow-up
Experience as a Dental Office Manager, Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator, Insurance Coordinator or Senior Dental Administrator is strongly preferred.

Las Vegas Aesthetic Dentistry is a boutique dental practice with a strong emphasis on cosmetic dentistry, comprehensive restorative care and highly personalized patient experiences.
Our practice is intentionally different from a high-volume corporate dental environment. We place tremendous value on quality, relationships, attention to detail and exceptional service.
Because many of our patients undergo significant cosmetic and comprehensive treatment, this position requires someone who is comfortable communicating with discerning patients and delivering a high level of service from the first phone call through completion of treatment.
Compensation
$28–$35+ per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated capabilities.
We are willing to compensate exceptionally well for an exceptional person.
Performance-based bonus opportunities may also be available.
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
