Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process shipments, and update records accurately.
- Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing packages, labeling, and coordinating shipments for delivery or pickup.
- Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other equipment to load, unload, and move stock safely within the warehouse.
- Conduct order picking and packing activities efficiently to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and data entry into inventory management software.
- Support warehouse distribution by organizing stock in designated areas and ensuring proper stocking procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment tasks, including picking & packing orders for e-commerce platforms and retail outlets.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and shipping & receiving protocols to uphold safety standards and trade compliance requirements.
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office tools such as Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and international trade regulations is advantageous.
- Experience operating forklifts (certified preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying shipment quantities.
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards.
