Duties

- Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Support food preparation activities including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Contribute to catering events by preparing large quantities of food with attention to quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations
Experience
- Previous dietary department experience or dietary aide experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Familiarity with food handling procedures within the food industry or culinary environment
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Experience in catering or large-scale food service operations is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
