Small HVAC company seeking a highly skilled, experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues using schematics, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes efficiently.
- Perform comprehensive repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, pumps and air conditioning units.
- Install new HVAC equipment and mechanical systems following detailed plans and specifications while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to maximize lifespan and performance, including cleaning, calibrating, and adjusting components.
- Utilize hand tools, solder equipment, ohmmeters, and other specialized tools to repair or replace faulty parts accurately.
- Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring satisfaction with all work performed.
- Maintain detailed service records, and reports on all field activities for accountability and future reference.
Skills
- Service technician expertise in HVAC systems repair and installation.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems diagnostics, plumbing, A/C and heating .
- Proficiency in reading schematics and HVAC design plans to execute precise repairs or installations.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC equipment including boilers, steam,and air conditioning units.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, solder equipment, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools essential for equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform electrical diagnostics on complex electrical systems within HVAC setups while adhering to safety standards such as EPA certifications.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
