Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service technician dedicated to his or her craft, to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/Refrigeration., and commercial cooking Equipment. This role involves Customer communication, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration ,Hvac, cooking equipment systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems, refrigeration units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R, cooking equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and diagnostic tools meters.
- Conduct field service calls to address customer concerns regarding equipment.
- Execute plumbing tasks related to refrigeration installations as needed.
- Repair and maintain various appliances related to cooking equipment ( Ovens, griddles, combi-ovens etc.)
- Communication is crucial with us and our customers. customers need to be informed and advised on best course of action.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R field or related mechanical roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with construction practices and HVAC design principles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Experience in plumbing tasks relevant to refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems (RTU). Refrigeration (walk in coolers, Freezers, reach ins prep coolers, freezers
- Valid driver's license & clean record is required for field service responsibilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
