We are seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to join a zero-waste wood products facility located in Prineville, OR. Core Duties:

Manage the intake, unloading, and processing of incoming wood material shipments.

Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and prepared with high accuracy to improve shipping efficiency.

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for the entire team.

Perform routine inventory audits and reconciliations.

Support the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.

Examine wood products to ensure quality standards are met and flag any defects.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all safety protocols and utilizing PPE.

Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the warehouse in good condition.

Utilize proper lifting techniques to ensure safe handling of heavy materials.

Collaborate with supervisors and peers to ensure clear communication regarding inventory, order status, and operations.
Required Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred.

Capacity to lift and transport objects weighing up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.

Familiarity with lumber terminology and wood products is considered an asset.

Demonstrate high attention to detail to ensure order fulfillment accuracy.
