Job Overview
NewGen Mission Support LLC is seeking qualified and dependable Mandarin-English Interpreters to join our growing interpreter network in the San Francisco Bay Area. Interpreters will support a variety of assignments, including legal, immigration, medical, business, government, nonprofit, and community settings.
This is an independent contractor, as-needed position with flexible scheduling. Assignments are offered based on location, qualifications, experience, and availability.
Pay
$25–$45 per hour, depending on the assignment, experience, qualifications, and certifications. Certain assignments may have guaranteed minimum hours and reimbursement for approved parking, tolls, or travel expenses.

Qualifications
Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Previous professional interpreting experience is preferred. Legal, medical, court, USCIS, or government interpreting experience and professional certifications are a plus.
Applicants should be reliable, professional, punctual, maintain confidentiality, and have reliable transportation for in-person assignments.
