Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, inventory management, and team leadership. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise to ensure optimal product availability.
- Train and develop staff members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Oversee cash register operations, including cash handling and daily reconciliation of transactions.
- Implement payroll processes and ensure compliance with company policies regarding employee hours and compensation.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in store performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects the brand's image and enhances the customer experience.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving store operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong skills in supervising teams, training development, time management, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive store performance.

- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends as needed to meet business demands.
