In this energetic and impactful position, you will ensure adherence to community rules, regulations, and housing policies while fostering positive relationships with residents.
Responsibilities
- Enforce HOA community rules, regulations, and policies consistently and professionally.
- Conduct inspections of properties to ensure compliance with HOA standards and applicable housing laws.
- Collaborate with residents, association managers, and external agencies to resolve compliance issues promptly.
- Utilize property management tools such as CINC Systems to track violations, document interactions, and generate reports.
- Maintain clear client communication to assist owners in curing violations.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to conduct daily inspections throughout all of Central Florida. Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving record.

- Strong communication skills coupled with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Ability to work with evolving technology to track violations, communicate with owners and pull reports as needed.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
