Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful assistance to enhance their experience
- Daily tasks include helping guests with new reservations, answering phones, following up on guest requests, and working with other housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Support team members in fulfilling customer requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe environment
- Handle basic transactions at the point of sale, including processing payments accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and uphold high service standards
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating enthusiasm and proactive communication
Experience
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required; we value motivation and a positive attitude above all
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with diverse groups of people
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving items when necessary
- Flexibility to work weekends, or holidays as needed to support business hours
