We’re looking for a team member to support our Wine & Spirits Department with stocking, sampling, merchandising, and customer service. This role helps ensure shelves are full, displays are attractive, and customers have a positive shopping experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, helpful service and assist customers with product questions and location
- Stock shelves, build and maintain displays, rotate and face product
- Safely cut cases, sort and move stock to correct aisles using pallet jacks and carts
- Keep the sales floor and backroom clean and organized (cardboard, spills, overstock, pallets)
- Assist with price checks, product replacement, and department phone calls
- Follow all store and department policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and safely use equipment (pallet jack, box cutter, etc.)
- Comfort with physical tasks: walking, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods
- Strong customer service, listening, and communication skills
- Reliability and ability to follow direction while working efficiently
