THE JOB, STRAIGHT: You own the P&L. Revenue, labor, retail, budget. You build the schedule 7 days out, keep chairs covered, and never let a gap turn into a surprise. You run a tight weekly meeting, keep the scorecard clean, and know your numbers cold before anyone has to ask. You recruit, hire, and set the tone from day one. You protect the brand promise: High Class Experience, Small Town Feel. When something's off, you flag it early and fix it. That's the whole job.
THE PAY, STRAIGHT: Starts at $52,000/yr base, with room to move for the right experience, plus up to $1,250 per quarter in bonus when you hit the full card: revenue, profit, budget, retention, scorecards, scheduling. All of it, or none of it. We don't do partial credit and we don't move the goalposts.
