Cocktail Bartender
We are seeking an experienced cocktail-driven Bartender to join our new Mediterranean-inspired bar and restaurant in Glendale. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about classic cocktails, warm hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature beverages, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks according to house standards
- Deliver attentive, professional, and welcoming service that reflects Mediterranean hospitality
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area
- Assist with bar setup, stocking, and daily prep
- Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system
- Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all ABC regulations, food safety standards, and house policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine, culture, and hospitality
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler and Responsible Beverage certifications preferred
