Duties
- Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum.
- Create a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, collaboration, and active participation among students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management techniques and consistent discipline policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
