Pure Image Laser & Spa is looking for a friendly, dependable, polished Front Desk Concierge to join our team.
Our front desk is the first and last impression our clients have of the spa, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, communicates well, stays organized, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience.
This is a hands-on front desk position in a busy medical spa. We're looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and does it—not someone who needs to be continually directed throughout the day.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and create a welcoming experience from the moment they arrive
- Check clients in and out and accurately process payments
- Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and client questions
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Educate clients on our services, products, and membership options
- Help clients select the appropriate appointment or consultation based on their needs
- Open and/or close the spa as scheduled
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the front desk and common areas
- Keep laundry moving throughout the day and assist with light daily spa upkeep
- Communicate effectively with providers and other team members to keep the day running smoothly
- Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience and support the team
Who We're Looking For

- Interested in the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry
Previous front desk, hospitality, medical office, spa, salon, retail, or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in aesthetics is a plus, but not required. We would rather hire the right personality and work ethic and teach you our industry.
Compensation & Perks
$18–$20/hour, based on experience

Schedule
This position is intended for someone seeking consistent, substantial weekly hours. Availability during our regular business hours and the ability to work an occasional Saturday are required.
Reliability and consistent attendance are extremely important for this position.
