Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to provide clients with informed advice and insights.
Qualifications:-
Must have an NC Real Estate License.

Experience in real estate sales, with a valid NC Broker license.

Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate, ensuring client satisfaction and successful transactions.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Familiarity with real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents.

Proficiency in using MLS and other real estate technology platforms.
