The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager
What You Will Do
Oversee full nursing home Housekeeping, Laundry, and Linen Services.
Ensure team members meet all quality and regulatory standards by planning and directing all activities related to housekeeping and laundry departments.
Recruit, hire and orient new team members, along with provide on-going training and support.
Monitor supplies, payroll, facility specific, compliance and team member issues, including responding to calls after hours and weekends PRN to ensure adequate staffing and supplies.
Make rounds in the facility to ensure employees are following state and federal regulatory standards to perform basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows and scouring bathrooms.
Respond to customer complaints or inquiries immediately and report and problems to immediate supervisor.
Notify facility of any accidents or problems while rendering service
