This position offers the opportunity to work with CNC equipment, robotics, automation, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial vision systems while partnering closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in supporting our manufacturing operations by:
- Troubleshooting and repairing CNC machining equipment and manufacturing systems.
- Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, including motors, sensors, relays, switches, drives, and controls.
- Maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Fabricating and repairing machine components using various machine tools and welding equipment as needed.
- Supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation equipment and robotic systems.
- Assisting with industrial vision systems used for quality inspection and process improvement.
- Collaborating with Engineering and Production to identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Documenting repairs and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical school, apprenticeship, or vocational training.
- Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with CNC manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with ABB or FANUC robots.
- Some familiarity with industrial vision systems (Keyence, Cognex, National Instruments, or similar).
- Welding and fabrication experience.
- Experience supporting automation equipment.
- Microsoft Office experience.
