POSITION OVERVIEW
The Client Service Associate plays an integral role on a Financial Advisor’s team by acting on behalf of the employing financial advisor to facilitate communication and appointments with clients, and prepare documentation related to the delivery of financial services. The Client Service Associate focuses on the day to day management of the Advisor’s practice to ensure maximum effectiveness, allowing the Advisor to focus energy on client relationships.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative task assistance, including making, confirming or rescheduling appointments, record-keeping, pre-filling insurance applications, and other arrangements as needed
- Oversee underwriting process and follow up with clients for pay stubs, underwriting history, medical history and medical records
- Attend client meetings to assist with data collection
- Prepare and print letters of instruction for client signatures
- Manage key client touchpoints such as birthdays, anniversaries, policy change dates, and policy reviews
- Process incoming requests from clients including address changes, bank change information, loan requests and ISA service inquiries
- Deliver excellent client services by preparing timely and precise communications such as emails, reports and other correspondence
- Create and maintain compliant electronic client folders
- Create referral lists and maintain client referral log

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, Word, Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual
- Florida Life & Health License (2-15) , or the ability to obtain within 60 days
- Bachelor’s Degree and experience in an office environment or student with high accolades
- Financial services and/or insurance industry experience
- Customer service experience
- Series 6, 63 & SIE (or obtain within first 6 months)
