We're seeking a highly organized Service Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of our operations team, supporting the technicians, project managers, and customers who rely on us every day.
About the Role
This position provides administrative and operational support across our Service, Maintenance, and Project Operations teams. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and process service work orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify documentation prior to invoicing and assist with work order closeout.
- Create and process purchase orders.
- Coordinate maintenance material procurement with suppliers.
- Track vendor acknowledgements, deliveries, and order status.
- Support project managers with project documentation, closeout packages, warranties, and electronic records.
- Maintain accurate project and service data within company software.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and customers.
- Support multiple departments with administrative and operational needs.
- Assist with special projects and continuous process improvements.

- Construction, HVAC, facility maintenance, or service industry experience is a plus but not required.
