As a Back of House Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering the quality and consistency our guests expect every day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing fresh ingredients daily
- Building wraps, bowls, salads, and sides with accuracy and consistency
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
- Following recipes and portion standards
- Working efficiently during busy lunch and dinner rushes
- Supporting teammates to ensure smooth operations
- Helping create a positive and energetic work environment
No fine-dining experience required. We value attitude, reliability, and work ethic just as much as experience.
What We're Looking For
- Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality
- Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
