Responsibilities
- Assist the Center Director in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational policies

- Lead and supervise teaching staff, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Coordinate fundraising efforts to secure resources that enhance program quality and expand community outreach

- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and allocate resources effectively to meet program goals

Requirements
- Proven experience in classroom teaching with young children and working directly with students in early childhood settings
- Strong management skills with previous supervisory or leadership roles in education or childcare environments
- Expertise in curriculum development, educational best practices, and classroom management techniques
- Experience with fundraising activities and strategic planning within educational or nonprofit organizations
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial oversight for program sustainability
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking, staff supervision, and family engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Early Childhood Education, or related field; advanced degrees preferred
