We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on General Manager to lead our restaurant, inspire our team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create schedules and manage labor to meet business goals.
- Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and labor regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Track sales, labor, and operating metrics to drive performance.
- Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture.
- Work closely with company leadership to continuously improve operations.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager or Assistant General Manager preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and labor management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.
- Food Handler and Manager certifications (or willingness to obtain them).
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
