We are looking for a Senior Case Manager with experience in business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters to join our team. This individual will work directly with a Senior Partner at the firm, and it is an amazing opportunity for a motivated paralegal or immigration specialist looking to grow within a supportive, team-oriented firm that values both professional excellence and work-life balance.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with firm partners on corporate client H-1B, TN, L, and other nonimmigrant visa matters
- Preparing immigration petitions and RFE responses under attorney supervision
- Coordinating with employers on required documentation, information, signatures, and filing fees for visa matters
- Communicating professionally with clients to gather information and provide case updates
- Assisting in the oversight and mentorship of junior staff, where needed
- Utilizing immigration case management software to track cases and coordinate with the team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in employment-based immigration law
- Working knowledge of H-1B, TN, and L visa processes
- Experience with other NIV (O-1 and E visas) and IV (AOS, Naturalization) matters is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering quality work with care and compassion for clients
